S.T.F.U. (to be explained)

This blog was supposed to be a polite commentary about how people of twisting their constitutional right to free speech and using it as a weapon to support their bigoted and hateful remarks against those in our country that are…well…not "Them". It was suppose to bring together some facts showing different people's attempts at protesting and pushing their fundamental issues such as gay marriage, the supposed "gay agenda" and the like. However, I'm tired of playing nice.

I'm tired of turning on the news and watching people protest a particular religious group because of the actions of a small radical sect. I'm tired of seeing one evangelical after another preach how I don't have the right to marry my partner because "it violates the principles upon which this country was founded" or "it is against the Bible". In short, I'm pissed and I need to make sure that everyone that reads this is fully aware of how I feel.

My opinions are my own and have not been influenced by anyone or anything other than what I see on a daily basis. So, without any further delay, I want any of you that feel the need to push your own political agenda, biblical beliefs, personal, racist or biased opinions, it's time for you to SHUT THE FUCK UP! (S.T.F.U.)

To Fred Phelps, Pastor of the Westboro Baptist Church in Topeka, Kansas, you and everyone like you are the "Wolf in Sheep's clothing" that is mentioned in the bible. You use the bible as a mallet and turn a loving God into a hateful demon. You use the word Christian in such a way that it burns the very fabric of Christianity and you have condemned by every reasonable Christian organization in this country for your efforts to spread hate and fear. To you and all that follow you, you truly need to SHUT THE FUCK UP!

To Sarah Palin, You have shown that you are part of the biggest problem in this country. You have spouted so much of the far right's rhetoric that I seriously cannot even stand to hear your whiny, uneducated voice. I cannot believe that there are still enough people in this country that want to listen to you. You can't even go through an interview on national television without writing cheat notes on your hand. What, are you in grade school or something? To you, I give a heart-felt SHUT THE FUCK UP!

To Michigan Assistant Attorney General Andrew Shirvell, you are attacking an innocent man that has done nothing wrong to you or anyone else for that matter. You have created a blog for the sole purpose of harassing and spreading hate for a 21 year old gay man Chris Armstrong who has done nothing more than get elected as Student Body President of the University of Michigan. You claim you are not a bigot but you have shown that you nothing more than a bigot and as such, you do not deserve to hold your position. Reading your blog, I can see nothing more than the hate and contempt for this young man and it is completely undeserved. You do nothing more than provide a disservice to the people you have sworn, as a civil servant, to serve and should not only be fired from your job but I hope when Chris Armstrong does finally take you to court that you come out it a broken man. You deserve no less. You also deserve the biggest and more elaborate SHUT THE FUCK UP I can come up with.

Now, a positive note: to Chris Armstrong, Student Body President at The University of Michigan. I was going to send this to you on your Facebook account but I'm not able to find it so I will tell you like this. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK BUDDY! You do not deserve any of the bullshit you are being put through and I hope that you are able to keep any of this from affecting your studies. You have a strong supporter here! (If any of you know how to pass this message off to Chris, please do.)

To every television evangelist I have ever seen on the tube, the world is starting to see you for who you are. You get on the air in your fancy churches and studios in your nice expensive suits and drive your big expensive cars begging for money so that you can "Spread the word of God". You are nothing more than whores that use the Christianity instead of sex but your goal is the same, make as much money as you can and make sure you don't have to pay taxes on it. You have no concept of what Jesus taught nor do you live by any example that I wish to follow. You are the most disgusting of any in the Christian community and you deserve the fast track to Hell. However, because I still have a lot of respect for the Christian community, I'll simply say, please, shut the fuck up.

To all you Tea Party Candidates, unless you intend to show that you are actually going to do some good for ALL the people in this country not just the rich, you really need to SHUT THE FUCK UP!

I will remind you that these are my opinions that with that I will tell you that I believe that more people in this country need to start taking this attitude. We need to be pissed off at the people that feel that they are better than some; that they deserve to hold a greater status than some. The elitist, the rich, the no-it-all's in this world that think that their shit doesn't stink to you I say, not only does your shit stink more than anyone else's but some of us can't stand you and you really need to SHUT THE FUCK UP!
